Event or Problem Description
According to the reporter, during a surgery, the 12mm auto suture blunt tip trocar would not allow gas through and caused the equipment to read as occlusion of the trocar.The user opened a second trocar and the same event occurred.Another trocar was used and finally worked.There was no patient injury.
