Event or Problem Description
According to the reporter, during an obesity procedure, the six blue cartridges used together with a powered stapler did not advance during firing even though it initially indicated level 1-2 and showed an appropriate level.The surgeon was able to press the green button.A new reload of the same model was used to resolve the issue.There was no patient injury.
