Event or Problem Description
It was reported that a patient underwent an unknown procedure in 2025 and suture was used.During the procedure, it was reported by distributor per account that the surgeon was unable to use the 6-0 prolene suture, as she was not able to pull it through the incision.It appears to be freyed.This happened during surgery a few months ago to the surgeon several months ago as well.No injuries or adverse event is reported.Device is available for return.No adverse patient consequences were reported.Additional information was requested.
