Updated section g3/g4, h2, and h7.Further review of this event has determined there is no allegation against the gore® excluder® thoracoabdominal branch endoprosthesis (tambe). The dissection that occurred in superior mesenteric artery (sma) was a result of a non-gore device-guide wire.Patient expired due to the complications from dissection which likely led to mesenteric ischemia. The physician stated he attributes the patient's death to complications from the dissection and mesenteric ischemia (bowel ischemia), and not to any implanted gore devices. This report shall be retracted as this is not a reportable event, and there is no allegation against the gore tambe device.
