Event or Problem Description
It was reported that the patient was unable to send a remote transmission, and troubleshooting did not resolve the issue.The patient was referred to their clinic for a device check.The cardiac resynchronization therapy defibrillator (crt-d) remains in use.No pa tient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
