Event or Problem Description
The bipap auto biflex device was returned to a third-party service center as part of the sound abatement foam recall process with no initial alleged complaint.During the evaluation of the device, it was visually inspected, and the engineer sound evidence of visible foam degradation inside the blower kit, dust contamination and displayed error codes: (err_motor_v), error code: 51 (err_corrupt_compliance_log), error code: 66 (err_stuck_encode).The device was scrapped by the service center after the evaluation was completed.
