It was reported that this cardiac resynchronization therapy defibrillator (crt-d) system exhibited oversensed noise on the right atrial (ra) channel, resulting in inappropriate atrial tachy response (atr) episodes.No adverse patient effects were reported.This crt-d remains in service.
