Event or Problem Description
It was reported that on the (b)(6) 2026, the first postoperative day of an upper lobe lobectomy, staples were opened and a leak was noticed on the main bronchus of the left lung.The leak was identified at the staple line created with the reload.Additional surgery was required to repair the leak, during which suturing was performed as a staple line replacement.
