Event or Problem Description
It was reported the ncompass nitinol tipless stone extractor¿s basket was unable to close completely prior to use an unspecified kidney procedure.The procedure was completed by using another same-type device.A customer attached a video appears to show the basket only partially closing and fully opening.As reported, the patient did not experience any adverse effects or require any additional procedures due to this occurrence.
