Event or Problem Description
A facility representative reported that following an implantable collamer lens (icl) implantation procedure, the patient experienced refractive over/under correction and blurred vision.Lens exchanged with shorter length, different power lens.Problem resolved.Cause of the event was reported as patient-related factor - patient was not satisfied.
