Event or Problem Description
It was observed that during the device evaluation, the colonovideoscope had foreign objects in the air/water cylinder, jet tube, nozzle, connecting tube, adhesive around objective lens, light guide lens, and bending rubber (a-rubber).There was no patient involvement.
