Event or Problem Description
|
|
It was reported that the right ventricular (rv) lead had a suspected fracture. It was further reported that the right ventricular (rv) lead triggered a lead integrity alert (lia) for pacing impedance variation and sensing integrity counter (sic). It was further reported that the rv lead exhibited pacing impedance spikes. The lead remains in use.No patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
