It was reported that, during a total laparoscopic hysterectomy, it felt a strange sensation that the cut button was difficult to return in the middle of the surgery. Then, it activated several times. After that, the tissue was grasped and activated it, but the cut button would not return after cutting, and the jaws would not open.Because the amount of tissue grasped was small, the main body was pulled out from the body without opening the jaws. There were no particular effects such as bleeding.Another device was used to complete the case. There were no adverse consequences to the patient. No further information is available.
