07-may-2026 - a follow-up report is submitted with investigation conclusions. The clinic declined service inspection for the device and did not fill the clinical form.Nevertheless, the reported drooping of the mouth with intact ability to purse the upper lip corresponds to the neurapraxia of the marginal mandibular branch of the facial nerve. It appears the treatment provider worked too close to this nerve branch, contrary to the ifu.The clinic has recieved a retraining and per latest update the condition has almost fully resolved.
