Event or Problem Description
As reported, during use in patient, inspection of this disposable pressure transducer (dpt) revealed that the female luer on the dpt housing, which connects to the iv tubing, was blocked by a foreign material.The problem was solved by replacing the device with a new one.There was no allegation of patient injury.The device was available for evaluation; however, it has not been received yet.
