Stryker evaluated the customer's device and was unable to duplicate the reported issue.Stryker replaced the device's compression module.After observing proper device operation through functional and performance testing, the device was returned to the customer for use.The cause of the reported issue could not be determined.

The customer contacted stryker to report that their device alarmed and paused unexpectedly while it was running.As a result, the device may be unable to be used for automatic cpr, if needed.There was no report of patient use associated with the reported event.
