On 25-jun-2026: follow-up report is submitted with investigation conclusions. The system was inspected and passed the technical tests with no issues.According to the information from the clinic, the patient initially developed a small nodule of coagulated fat tissue in this spot. This implies an excessive energy delivery to the same spot (stacking of pulses and/or working too superficially).Subsequently, excessive trauma to this spot triggered bodily reaction and contributed to the development of reported fibrosis. The clinic became non-responsive, and retraining could not be conducted. For the same reason, no updated information on patient's status could be obtained.
