Event or Problem Description
It was reported that during the laparoscopic cholecystectomy, when using the endocatch, the bag was torn and the string detached when an attempt to remove gallstones from the patient.A second device from another manufacturer was used to remove the remaining ones inside and finish the case.There was no patient injury.
