Event or Problem Description
It was reported that the patient underwent cystoscopy under general anesthesia, and a 16f three way foley catheter was indwelled postoperatively and the water filled part of the bladder ruptured spontaneously., causing the patient difficulty urinating, and a new urinary catheter was inserted.
