Event or Problem Description
It was reported that a patient underwent an unknown procedure on an unknown date and suture was used.We had some issues with some of our sutures this morning during a urology list. The surgeon had x2 broken sutures (needle pull-off) during his closures. We apparently had x1 other occurrence of the same thing a week ago (no-one told me about that one.) there were no patient consequences reported.Additional information was requested.
