Event or Problem Description
It was reported that balloon rupture occurred.The 100% stenosed target lesion was located in the moderately tortuous and moderately calcified superficial femoral artery.A 3mm x 40mm x 146cm coyote es balloon was advanced for dilation.However, during the third to fourth inflation at the rated burst pressure for 30 seconds, the balloon ruptured.The device was removed without any problem using the normal method, and the procedure was completed with another of the same device.There were no patient complications as a result of this event, and the patient was in good condition post-procedure.
