Event or Problem Description
It was reported that balloon rupture occurred.The 99% stenosed target lesion was located in the moderately tortuous and severely calcified shunt.A 5.0 x 100, 75cm mustang balloon was advanced for dilation.However, during the second inflation at 10 atmospheres for 2 seconds, the balloon ruptured.The device was removed without any problem using the normal method, and the procedure was completed with a different device.There were no patient complications as a result of this event, and the patient was in good condition post-procedure.
