Event or Problem Description
It was reported that insert-handle radioluc med and unk - nails were involved in an intraoperative event.The reported failure was the inability to properly connect the nail to the aiming arm, requiring a second set to be opened and resulting in a five-minute surgical delay.There were no consequences or impact to the patient, and no signs, symptoms, or patient involvement were observed.
