It was reported that during a wise crt system implant procedure, two electrode implantation attempts were made; however, neither electrode was successfully implanted as both failed to achieve tracking.Troubleshooting was performed during the procedure, including assessment of potential noise sources and optimization of co-implant programming in accordance with best practices; however, tracking could not be established. As a result, the procedure was abandoned without electrode implantation. The physician plans to bring the patient back at a later date to reattempt the procedure in a different room.No adverse patient sequelae were reported.
