It was reported that the saw attachment device was overheating due to internal friction of parts.It was not reported if the device was used in surgery.There were no reports of surgical delay.There were no reports of injuries, medical intervention or prolonged hospitalization.The exact date of the event was unknown.However, it was reported that the event occurred in 2026.All available information has been disclosed.
