Event or Problem Description
It was reported that during a lobectomy surgery, after fired, could not open the jaw.Used rbrb to open the jaw and removed the device, and then noted the staples malformed.Changed the new one to complete surgery.There was no patient consequence reported.No additional information can be provided.
