Event or Problem Description
It was reported that during an arthroscopic rotator cuff repair procedure, while using the 4.9mm healx adv sp bioc anchor device as an external anchor, the stay suture could not be removed and had to be withdrawn.Another device was used and the surgery was successfully completed.There are no remaining implants inside the body.There were no delays to the surgical procedure.There were no reports of injuries, medical intervention or prolonged hospitalization.All available information has been disclosed.
