Event or Problem Description
According to the reporter, during the procedure, when setting up, while checking the opening and closing during connection, there was difficulty opening the jaw and the jaw would not open at all.The product was replaced with another new similar cartridge.Medtronic's initial evaluation of the incident found that there was stapling - incomplete retraction.The jaws of the reload were clamped.The i beam was slightly advanced.
