Event or Problem Description
Medtronic received information regarding an external drainage and monitoring system.It was reported that on (b)(6) 2026, the patient underwent lumbar external drainage due to intracranial infection following a traumatic brain injury.Postoperatively, fluid leakage was noted in the drainage tube, and a brand new device was used instead.The patient's status at the time of the report was alive-no injury.
