Event or Problem Description
It was reported that the patient with this inflatable penile prosthesis (ipp) experienced pump erosion through the scrotum.A surgical procedure was performed in which the existing ipp was explanted, a full washout was performed, the patient was remeasured, and a tactra malleable penile prosthesis was implanted.There were no further patient complications reported.
