Event or Problem Description
It was reported that during the procedure, the stapler became stuck while firing and causes staples deformation and not a regular shape. suturing was performed as a staple line replacement. additionally, post-operative hemorrhage was reported and the patient was readmitted to the operating room. the patient was admitted to the intensive care unit, and experienced extended hospitalization.
