Event or Problem Description
As reported by the user facility: details of complaint (reported issue): "from initial start pump beeping accumulated air.Was beeping before drug even reached the machine.No air noted in line.Tubing where green clamp (that get inserted into the machine) was very kinked from package.Not noted until issues arose.I tried to massage line, unable to straighten kinks.".
