Event or Problem Description
During a revision surgery performed about 1 year after the primary surgery, it was not possible to separate the proximal body from the distal stem.Instruments for removal deformed during the attempts. As the orientation of the proximal body could not be changed, the surgeon decided to revise the competitor`s cup to address the risk of joint luxation.
