Event or Problem Description
It was reported that a patient underwent a partial nephrectomy procedure on (b)(6) 2026 and suture clips were used.During the procedure, it was reported by the account contact to the sales rep that during a partial nephrectomy procedure, the clips were stuck in the holder, they couldn't get them out of the cartridge.No patient consequences reported.No adverse patient consequences were reported.Additional information was requested.
