Event or Problem Description
It was reported that this pacemaker system exhibited t wave oversensing and one undersensed r wave in the right ventricular (rv) channel.Additionally, it was noted that the r waves appeared to be variable.Technical services (ts) was contacted and recommended possible reprogramming options.This rv lead remains in service.No adverse patient effects were reported.
