Event or Problem Description
According to the reporter, during a thoracoscopic alveoli resection, when the scrub nurse opened the package and clamped the needle, it was found that the needle had detached from the suture.The circulating nurse was immediately informed, and the suture was replaced to continue the surgery.There was no patient injury.
