Event or Problem Description
A site reported to rxsight that a patient with a light adjustable lens+ (lal+) presented to the clinic seeking a second opinion due to concerns with both distance and near vision.Upon evaluation, the lal+ was found to be dislocated.A secondary surgical procedure was performed, including iris fixation of the lens and pupilloplasty to address iris atrophy.The patient returned one month postoperatively reporting no improvement in refractive error.A photorefractive keratectomy (prk) procedure was subsequently performed.No additional information has been provided.
