Event or Problem Description
It was reported that the recharger is not working.Caller said the battery lights are scrolling.Caller tried pushing and holding the power button for 40 seconds and it didn't do anything.A request was sent to the repair department.Caller said this happened before and the wireless recharger (wr) was replaced.
