On (b)(6) 2026, the patient underwent endovascular treatment for a thoracic aortic aneurysm, zone 2, using gore® tag® thoracic branch endoprosthesis.A 24 fr gore® dryseal flex introducer sheath was introduced via the left femoral artery.Following deployment of the stent graft, access vessel angiography revealed vessel damage in the left external iliac artery and at the insertion site, which were considered to be associated with sheath insertion.A stent graft was placed to treat the vessel damage in the left external iliac artery, and the vessel damage at the insertion site was treated surgically. The patient tolerated the procedure.Reportedly, the access vessel was narrow.
