Event or Problem Description
Medtronic received information that 9 years and 4 months post implant of this 23mm mosaic aortic bioprosthetic valve, a transcatheter valve was implanted valve-in-valve.The reason for intervention was reported as aortic stenosis (as).Evidence of calcification also reported.No additional adverse patient effects were reported.
