Event or Problem Description
Information was received from a patient (pt) regarding an implantable neurostimulator (ins).Their previous leads were corroded so they had to change everything out around 2023 or (b)(6) of 2023.Patient mentioned when they initially changed the unit they saw that the leads were 'depleted' so when they went back in that second time in 2023 that was when they changed the leads if they remembered correctly. No symptoms were reported.
