A complete analysis and testing of the insulin pump showed that it was functioning properly and passed all functional testing. after testing, it was concluded that the device operated within specifications.

Event Description
|
Customer reported via phone call to have high and low blood glucose.Customer's blood glucose ranged from 46 mg/dl to 261mg/dl, which customer treated with glucose tablets.Customer also reported that insulin pump was over delivering and under-delivering.Troubleshooting was performed on insulin pump to determine reason for high blood glucose.After troubleshooting, customer was advised that insulin pump would be replaced due to over delivering.
