Information was received from a patient (pt) regarding an implantable neurostimulator (ins). The reason for call was pt reported their therapy was turning off by itself.Pt said it first happened 3 weeks ago, but they just turn it back on and let it go.Pt said it happened again today, they were feeling pain, so they had checked their ins battery on the therapy application thinking the battery went dead, but it was at 70%.Pt said their ins and communicator battery never run low, but their therapy was shutting itself off.The patient was redirected to their healthcare provider to further address the issue.
