based on the available information, the root cause of the air water button leaking cannot be established, as the product has not been returned for analysis because it was disposed.Product analysis could not be performed, for this reason and due to the lack of evidence is unable to confirm the reported event. The device history record review confirmed that the device met all material, assembly, and performance specifications prior to distribution.A similar complaint review was completed. There were no emerging trends identified that warrant further action.Based on the available information (and in the absence of device return), the root cause of the reported clinical observations cannot be established.
