Event or Problem Description

It was reported that patient had a throbbing on their head after increasing the stimulation on both sides.Caller also stated that the patient hasn't used the control device for a while, and they connected to the implantable neurostimulator (ins) today but it looks like the therapy screen is not reflecting the original "number" (therapy setting) that the hcp had set on, so they pressed revert therapy, and was asking if that would be okay.Agent reviewed that the external devices functions separately from the ins, and redirected them to the hcp to further address the issue.
