It was reported that the patient had been complaining that every time they went outside and in the sun, they felt very hot in their head. The issue started about a month ago.At their last appointment with their healthcare provider (hcp) about 3 weeks ago, the hcp told them that the system was ok, but they did not inform the hcp about the heat.Patient services agent tried to confirm if this correlated with a settings change, but they made it seemed like it correlated to outside temperature. They were redirected to their hcp.
