Upon receipt at our quality assurance laboratory, this aus underwent a thorough analysis. The cuff was visually inspected and folds were observed.A leakage test was subsequently performed, and the cuff successfully passed with no abnormalities detected. The kink-resistant tubing (krt) was also subjected to both a visual inspection and a leakage test. Both evaluations were completed successfully, with no abnormalities observed. The device history record (dhr) review confirmed that the device met all material, assembly and performance specifications.A review of the device instructions for use (ifu) was completed and did not reveal any evidence of device misuse, off label use, or failure to follow instructions.A risk review was completed and confirmed that the event of air in system, mechanical issue, fluid leak and urinary incontinence were defined in the product risk documentation. This event type has been accounted for during analysis to support acceptable risk benefit for the product.Based on the information available and analysis results, the reported clinical observation of air in system/component, mechanical issue and fluid leak could not be confirmed.Model number/catalog number: 72404127
