Event or Problem Description
It was reported that on (b)(6) 2026, a 23mm navitor vision valve was selected for implant using a small flexnav delivery system (ds).Pre-implant balloon aortic valvuloplasty (pre-bav) was performed by using a 20mm, non-abbott balloon.During the procedure, an incomplete stent opening (iso) was observed and a recapture was performed and the iso was reportedly mitigated. The valve was able to be implanted successfully at a depth of 6mm both on the non-coronary cusp (ncc) and left-coronary cusp (lcc). The patient remained hemodynamically stable throughout the procedure and there was no clinically significant delay reported.Post-procedure less than 48 hours, moderate paravalvular leak (pvl) was observed.Post-implant balloon aortic valvuloplasty (post-bav) was performed by using a 20mm, non-abbott balloon.Moderate pvl remained unchanged. The user believes the non-uniform expansion was caused by calcification. The patient's condition is unknown.
