It was reported that the patient exhibited twiddler's syndrome causing the right atrial (ra) and right ventricular (rv) leads to become dislodged. The ra and rv lead exhibited low impedance and loss of capture. An x-ray was performed, and dislodgement of the ra and rv lead were confirmed.Additionally, the implantable cardioverter defibrillator (icd) migrated due to the patient's twiddler's syndrome. The physician explanted and replaced the ra and rv lead.During the procedure, a replacement rv lead was not used due to difficulty obtaining capture. On (b)(6) 2026, during the procedure, the physician also repositioned the icd. There were no patient consequences reported.
