Event or Problem Description
A non-health care professional reported that during the intraocular lens (iol) implantation surgery, the lenses failed to deploy.Hence the backup lens was used but it still had the same issue with deployment.Hence the lens was retrieved from the preloaded device, and it was implanted successfully.Additional information has been requested but no information is available at the time of this report.
